Had an eye issue, signed up online and the completed all the sign-in crap online and requested an arrival time of an hour. 3 people ahead of me according to the app and I had to wait an hour in the waiting room. Then I go back to a room and have to wait 1-1/2 hours for the nurse practitioner to tell me they don’t have the equipment to look at my eye. And I know you will charge me for the opportunity to wait in your waiting room for some drops that may or may not work.

My son was complaining about his ear hurting, after spending over 2 hours at another urgent care, only to not be seen, we came to AFC with only a half hour until close. He was able to get in quickly, but waiting for the doctor took an hour. The doctor was super kind and we had a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve never left a bad review but this was ridiculous. I made an appointment and still waited for 3 hours. Once I got into the room the nurse practitioner didn’t even look me over. She asked me why I was there and I told her I felt like I had a sinus infection and it was causing a migraine and I wanted to be treated. Her words were, what do you want me to do about it. I told her I need a steroid shot and a shot for the migraine. No checking anything just walked out. 25-30min later I finally had to come out and ask them where the shots where. A tech came back in that was very nice and gave them to me. I then had to wait another 10 min for my paperwork to leave. I walked out of the room to just get them from the ladies. The techs were very nice and apologetic but the NP had no people skills and the wait was horrible.

After continued chest congestion and increasing cough, I was able to easily schedule an appointment. The staff wss very friendly and professional while performing labs for Covid, influenza, strep, as well as chest X-Rays. The NP Provider, Melissa Jenkins, was very thorough in examination and ordered appropriate medications.

Starting to feel pretty crummy and AFC was open today on a Sunday which surprised me. I am glad they were open and being able to book an appointment and checking in was a breezy snap. With only one care provider on staff at the time the wait time was not my favorite pass time. Please look into this and see what can be done about the wait time. When you feel really sick the last thing a person wants to do is wait for an hour and a half to get seen. I would recommend to other people.

The nurse practitioner told me that she was calling in a prescription for,  but the every runtime I would go back the pharmacy, they would say the did not have it. AFC said they called and the pharmacy did not answer their phone. Not with the current people on staff today.

I booked an appointment for 10:50 and arrived early.  Went to window to ck in to be sure insurance was in order.   I was charged a copay which i never pay.   Sat in waiting a long while then seen in the back.  Waited a long time finally left at 1:00 pm.  I know they were very busy, but i thought having an appointment would have decreased waiting.
