Everyone was pretty nice, but especially the nurse and doctor. I got diagnosed with bells palsy which i believe they said they had never had at that clinic but it went great, they were thorough making sure it wasn't a stroke and they were reassuring but made sure we knew to keep an out for it getting worse etc It's also not too expensive for someone like me without insurance

Our son woke up sick and was able to get him in the same day and we had a short wait time in the lobby that was very clean. CJ rack in was super fast and friendly. The nurse was sweet and kind, actually smiling and looked happy with her job. Dr. Came in listened and questioned very well and tested and found the proper medication and care. Then followed up days later to check on him. My favorite place for our family to go as our insurance canceled the Dr we had been going to for over 10 years! BBBS of TN option S - terrible for our family but stuck w it for now :(
