Great experience was only thee for around 30 minutes my daughter was seen and diagnosed quickly.  Staff is amazing so nice

Made an apt for my kid to be seen at 2. Came at 2. 4 people in front of me. Wasn’t brought back until 3. Tech was rude, made a snide comment about the blanket my shivering kid whose fever was spiking needed due to the extended wait time in a cold exam room. Took vital signs and then did not disclose results. I saw a pulse Ox of 91% and despite accepting that(kid was noticeably congested with an asthma history-if she’d asked) and instead asked for deep breaths to get up to a 96% reading. Never initially took a temp. Reason for apt that I said online was fever.  20 minutes go by and she takes a ear temp. No disclosure. Comes back 10 minutes after that with an oral probe. Still no feedback. Actual nurse comes in with a cup of medication and only disclosed what it was because I asked. Didn’t get the dose or anything, just Ibuprofen. Didn’t tell me the reason. I asked how high the temp was- she said 104 oral and 103 axillary. This kid was 95.8F when we left the house for the 2 o’clock apt. This kid also has a history of fast spikes and seizures. No call bell if she had a seizure in room. Also, this means that the tech saw a 103 temp and said nothing!! What stinks is that once the NP came in she was lovely, nice, perfectly appropriate and I couldn’t be happier with her service - a shining beacon in this dogcrap of an “urgent” care appointment. After being left yet another 10 minutes, I grabbed the trash bag liner(good housekeeping… I guess since there was extras in the bottom of the trash can) and put my kid in the car so she could vomit on the ride home.  Worst experience ever- and I work in healthcare as a nurse! Unacceptable. As I told the receptionist that I apologize, but have to ditch out on the rest of the appointment, she paused me leaving by thanking me for coming in today and hoped my kid felt better. Meanwhile, my kid was holding a trash bag on her face out the door.  Are you kidding me?!

The very first day after I saw y’all I felt good but ever since I have had this terrible cough that I cannot get rid of. I cannot afford to come back at this time. Is there anything you can do for me without me having to come back?

My husband gashed his arm at work.  I called ahead to make sure they could see us.  The staff was great they took him back as soon as we arrive and got his arm cleaned and stitched we were out in just a short while.  Excellent experience

I had a great experience at this urgent care! Everyone was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The medical assistant was very kind, patient, and really took the time to listen to me and my concerns. The NP was also wonderful—very kind, attentive, and reasonable. He listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable with the care I received. And finding out he was a Duke fan was definitely an added bonus! 💙🏀 I truly appreciate the care and kindness both of them showed me. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for a friendly and caring team!

90% of staff were very professional, kind & showed that they were concerned about my issue. Then the nurse (I’m hoping was just a nurse) came in with a mask on. He showed me the results of my urine test. He said you don’t have a uti   I told him I most certainly do. He then took off his mask & said I can’t just give you any antibiotics   Then I saw his teeth with crud all in between them & a snot in his nose. I wanted to barf. I asked him what should I do. He got a little louder like he was getting impatient with me & said I can give you another antibiotic he said he’ll send off my urine to get tested & then I left.  I’m a veteran & my option with the Va is to go to ER which takes forever & I prefer to use this facility so I don’t have to wait all day. I will come back but if I have to see that nurse I will leave. If he doesn’t practice hygiene then that makes the whole place dirty.

Visit was good, but never heard back with the results of test.

Got off work early with a sore back and the service was fast didn’t have to sit long thank you staff the lady that took my vitals could have smiled a little more other than that everything was great

I had back and leg pain from straining my back muscles. I registered for my visit online which was easy.  I came in and although in pain got in relatively quickly. The staff was professional and courteous. I am pleased with my experience and am on the way to recovery. I know where I where I will go should I need an urgent care again.
