The staff here was fantastic, especially the receptionist. During check-in, she caught that I had VA health benefits and let me know the VA would cover my visit — saved me over $100 out of pocket that I would've just paid without a second thought. That kind of attention to detail is rare and made a real difference. The rest of the staff was professional and efficient too. Really appreciated someone actually looking out for my wallet instead of just running me through the visit. Highly recommend.

I called from a neighboring community and was booked quickly. I as the patient believed I might have Covid since my husband had it. They quickly tested me. The doctor was wonderful asking pertinent questions. I was prescribed medication. I will return again bc of the ease competent and very kind service I was given.  I would definitely recommend this prescriber!  Thank you!

Great experience, I was very happy with how quick it went and everyone was helpful and friendly.

I felt completely dismissed during my visit. My physical examination was extremely rushed and superficial for someone dealing with three weeks of severe pain and an inability to bear weight on my right heel. I had to advocate for myself just to get a walking boot so I could leave safely. My chart notes were careless and contradictory—including an instruction to place the boot on my left foot instead of my right. I received no discharge instructions regarding how long to wear the boot, home care steps, or who to follow up with. Additionally, despite asking three separate times for a copy of my X-rays, I was only given a vague administrative report that contained no clinical details or images.

Everyone was extremely professional and made my experience absolutely great….I will continue to recommend this facility to everyone I know ….

From great care and concern at the check in portion to the  attention given by Rose Goehring, this staff went above and beyond.  The entire staff was phenomenal. My son broke his elbow.  They were super attentive, casted it well, discussed our next steps and ensured he would be ok until we get into to the orthopedic specialist.   We had an incident recently that landed us at Detar North ER (never again!) and I can confidently state, Nextcare did circles around them.   We have been previously to Nextcare for our younger child and that visit was just as good.  10 of 10 ⭐️

I woke up with a sore throat. I was able to schedule an appointment within an hour. My wait time was about 10-20 minutes. The staff was friendly and able to get me medication and out the door within an hour.  I would highly recommend this provider.
