The check in is tedious but survivable. The wait was over 45 Minutes. It would be more efficient to not schedule appointments and just have people join a live waitlist or do a call when it’s their turn as opposed to having people wait for a doctor to become Available. My youngest daughter was feeling feverish, with congestion, slowly losing her voice. She despises going to urgent care due to past events however I scheduled a virtual visit with Mrs. Ann, she was really helpful hearing my concerns regarding my daughter’s symptoms.
