We didn’t wait long however the MA was not friendly or helpful. She barely opened her mouth to talk. She shouldn’t be working around children. Don’t know how to talk or interact with them.  My daughter came in crying and they looked at her like she was faking. Didn’t want to test her for anything just because she “didn’t have a fever” however I believe the MA didn’t have the thermometer all the way in her ear.  Long story short my daughter has an ear infection and flu b. Just wasn’t the best care. The facility was clean though.

The whole urgent care is so dirty floors and restrooms, waited there for hours and had some patients called before me after getting there after me. Dr seemed very moody .

The visit was rushed. Understandable my child was not feeling his best and was not as cooperative I believe the nurse practitioner tried however of ceiling it was rushed and I was told that his urinalysis results came back negative with no UTI but then my discharge paperwork said that the results hadn’t came in yet so I’m just concerned if that was it it was it good integrity or not or does he do I really have the true information about his analysis lab results very questionable and discouraging because I’m trying to make sure my son as well
