Care for Kids, Urgent Care - Katy (Cinco Ranch)

Was told they were behind so we were ok to wait.  Did an online appointment for 3, lady at front said we were checked in when we got there around 2:55ish.  Showed lady at front that my appointment said my appointment was canceled and then the app said I was checked in at 4:44 which makes no sense since we didn’t touch anything in app to change anything.  Next day got a text saying we canceled appointment.  Whole process took 3 hours.

Overall, we received great care and the staff was friendly. We had a scheduled appointment. We arrived 15 minutes before the appointment. We waited for 50 minutes in the waiting area. Then an additional 45-50 minutes before we saw a provider with no updates of when we’d be seen. Otherwise, we would give a 5 star review.  We’ve visited this location before and had different experiences …. Maybe this is a one off situation but please work on your scheduling

I waited one hour in the examination room only to be seen 5 minutes by the provider. In the hour I was there, I encountered  two roaches on the floor and one spider on the examination bed.  Also, I was given conflicting information by two different providers regarding medication available in the clinic

I had to go two days in a row for two of my kids. The wait times were very long both days, including the day that I scheduled ahead of time online. That being said, the doctor, nurse, and front desk ladies were very kind and helpful. Other than improving wait times, I would say that if there were some more things for kids to read or play with while waiting, it would be better.

This is my second time having my children be seen by FNP Ugboaja and she is truly such an amazing provider. Her bedside manners are great she listens is attentive and is very knowledgeable. I love that there is no wait time when check in and providers are very reliable.

Scheduling an appointment was extremely easy, no difficulty at all. Having a difficult toddler that dislikes appointments, the staff was extremely patient and eased my worries. We were in and out within minutes. Thank you to the staff who were just wonderful dealing with my toddler who does not do well with pain and had a meltdown crying. The customer service at this location is unmatched.

All the ladies working today were very nice I highly recommend bringing your kids here!
