Easy to schedule, easy to check in. Staff were friendly. Waited about 45 minutes to see the provider all to be misdiagnosed with and given antibiotics for strep. Instead, my daughter (5 years old) actually has HFM. No rapid strep test was complete to provide diagnosis. Simply informed the provider that my daughter had a sore throat and itchy/burning feet, with a rash forming on her chin.

I been i’ve been coming to this business since it was Nightlight. I know they changed Ownership but I figure I will go back because of my previous great experience. I just want to say I will not be returning and was not happy with my experience. First of all, I waited for 45 mins and there was patients and they the waitlist said 0 patients ahead after I checked in. The nurse practitioner was the worst. I don’t even think she introduced herself. Literally was in the room for maybe 5-10 mins. I know it was the end of the day but still should have received 5 star service. Please improve customer service experience asap!
