Waited in the virtual waiting room for over 75 min with no update from staff that there was an emergency at the clinic. It would have been nice to be informed that we were not forgotten about. Office staff should have text or called with an update. Communication would have been nice. Great provider.

I have an upper Respiratory infection. I waited about 30 min. before someone attended to my problem. The visit was just a few minutes. Very satisfied.

Been sick for about 3-4 weeks body aches to where I didn’t have any energy to leave my bed all the staff very friendly they made it very easy for a virtual meeting and got all my symptoms and meds sent in for me less than 15 min will definitely recommend!

Did a virtual visit  And they had trouble connecting so wait time was longer than I expected  The staff called to let me know however.

I needed follow-up care less than 24 hours after my visit. I called the clinic, receptionist said she would give message to nurse. Never received a call. Clinic closed early today and is closed tomorrow. I have no options, except to sit in pain until Friday before I can call back and get help
