Woke up during the night with a sore throat. Decided to try the virtual appointment, after a few try’s on my end, we were able to have it. Was definitely better than getting out.

Everything was so easy and quick! I was able to get in and out with meds and felt listened to.

I was very happy with the friendliness of everyone- from the office to the practitioner.  Each of the 3 people I dealt with made it a simple process and that is amazing when you aren’t feeling great!

I waited more than 30 minutes a no one got on the call with me. I cancelled it. I will just cone in tomorrow.

Got my prescription wrong again... Can't get ahold of anyone for help!! Dr Huang prescribed 1 Amoxicillan pill then corrected it with 6 pills... Why didn't he stick with the 10 day treatment? He needs to listen more and talk less... I would like to consult with a different Doctor?

The wait time was atrocious but I understand that there was some difficulties due to a new system.
