The efficiency and courtesy started the visit perfectly. There was no lengthy wait time from check-in to triage to exam the care was perfect. I definitely recommend them above Primary Care Providers and Emergency Room Providers! They make you feel healed just from the care and kindness they provide!

These people did not tell me that they do not actually offer medicine in office. I have a horrible toothache and I basically had to sit and wait 45 minutes to talk to somebody over an iPad and was told by one of the workers that this is how urgent care‘s work even though I’m a 37 year-old woman and have been to several urgent cares and they do not work like this. They did not tell me that they wouldn’t be providing medicine. I left in pain and I have to sit and wait for another 30 minutes to an hour to get my medicine and I have to go to work and I was not told that before I got there I will never come back to this urgent care. This was the worst urgent care experience I’ve ever had the whole point of getting urgent care is to be urgently care for I still went to work and excruciating pain. The front desk girl was rude and this was just completely unprofessional and actually pointless to waste my time and my insurance to go to this half ass establishment. I would never recommend this provider to anybody. It’s a complete waste of time.

It took over an 1 hour to see a doctor and even it was a virtual doctor. Why can’t you guys have more doctors for virtual doctor? Make no sense to wait over an hour to see a virtual doctor.
