My appt was 9:00 am and I wasn’t seen until 10:00. It ended up being a tele visit when I expected to see a live doctor. Everyone was very nice though.

I had booked an appointment for my annual physical. When I arrived, the team were trying to call to secure a doctor to complete the physical virtually and after 30 minutes were unable to find a provider. I had to reschedule for another day and go home. this was frustrating as I had already pre-booked, so I’m not sure why there was no one available.

Went in for stitches. Had trouble with entering my info on my phone after we checked in. The staff helped me and after it didn’t work again they took the important info needed. The Dr that stitched me was great. Great bedside manner and explained everything he was doing.  I would definitely recommend this Docs location to others

I scheduled my appointment online and there were plenty of appointment times available\. When I arrived, I was the only patient in the office at first, with a couple arriving shortly afterward.  I was taken to an examination room fairly quickly, but then waited over an hour before being seen\. It seemed that there was only one clinician available, and I don’t think she was there at the time. I understand that staffing and unexpected circumstances can sometimes cause delays. However, this is the second time I have experienced a very long wait at this facility after scheduling an appointment online. I would hope that the number of appointments offered could listed based on clinician availability.  I appreciate the staff and understand that everyone can have a busy day. I’m simply sharing my experience because waiting over an hour to be seen, particularly when there were appointment openings available online, was frustrating and disappointing.

Scheduling (or just showing up) and checking in always go smoothly here. The friendly staff always greets me as soon as I walk through the door. Today there were less staff than usual and it didn't matter. This team is super efficient! Emanuel and Heaven were fantastic. Shout out to Heaven and her phlebotomy skills! I didn't feel a thing and I LOVE that! I always recommend this location to people

Overall the front desk staff were very kind. My only issue was the wait time. I was in a waiting room for over an hour and a half before I decided to head to another urgent care to be seen by a doctor in person
