DOCS Medical Group, East Haven

Came in for bloodwork and there were no other patients, in the waiting room, yet it took almost 2 hours to get me in and out. And nothing was even done because they couldn’t get the needle in my arm after two sticks and didn’t want to try again, so I wasted two hours for nothing.

Absolutely terrible experience. I booked an appointment at 10:30 in the morning for later in the day and when I showed up to my appointment, I was told that there was no provider in the office and the wait time was going to be over an hour long, the woman then offered to swab me and told me to go to the Branford location to see a provider. If that office does not have a provider on site and people are booking appointments for sick or urgent reasons they should be notified once the office is aware of them booking an appointment and not wait until the patient is in the office to notify them.

Scheduled a physical on the same day & was seen. Was seen as soon as I walked un.

Kelly, the staff member, who helped was awesome, professional, informative she was just great all around. I personally could not ask for a better experience & excellent service

Every part of the process here was awesome. I had an unfortunate injury that required stitches, and even though they were closing in 30 minutes, they still took me in and helped me out with 3 quick stitches. This will always be my choice of urgent care when needed, truly the best professionalism and friendly staff ever.

The staff was very friendly. And my doctor was extremely nice. Answered all the questions I had.

There was no Dr there so I wasn’t seen or treated. As far as staff the girl at reception was very nice when she informed me the dr called out. But I made an appointment literally an hour before I got there, so obviously this facility was aware there was no doctor and there was no dr there prior to going all the way to the facility that is no way to run a walk-in dr office.  I got a reply to this review the next day, for the last three days I have been trying to call the number they put for contact and nobody ever answers and if you leave your name and number, they never call you back. This was a big scam and I just wanted to  make sure I’m not getting billed for walking through their door and talking to a receptionist!

I’m glad I came in. Kelly and the rest of the staff was fantastic!!

Needed a male observed urine drug test . I called early and made an appointment with North Haven clinic. I specified twice I needed a male o server. Was told yes but there was no male. I drove 30 minutes and the staff checked for me and found and sent me to the East Haven clinic and the test was done. This is the second time I waste time and gas playing musical clinics. What is the purpose of making appointments online and/or call resulting as if I didn’t have an appointment. Very frustrating.

My only issue is that there was not a doctor on site. I wish I was informed that before I sat down, filled out paperwork, paid my money and then had to get a refund, then get up to go to another doctor that he did a great job.
