The staff was very friendly. And my doctor was extremely nice. Answered all the questions I had.

There was no Dr there so I wasn’t seen or treated. As far as staff the girl at reception was very nice when she informed me the dr called out. But I made an appointment literally an hour before I got there, so obviously this facility was aware there was no doctor and there was no dr there prior to going all the way to the facility that is no way to run a walk-in dr office.  I got a reply to this review the next day, for the last three days I have been trying to call the number they put for contact and nobody ever answers and if you leave your name and number, they never call you back. This was a big scam and I just wanted to  make sure I’m not getting billed for walking through their door and talking to a receptionist!

I’m glad I came in. Kelly and the rest of the staff was fantastic!!

Needed a male observed urine drug test . I called early and made an appointment with North Haven clinic. I specified twice I needed a male o server. Was told yes but there was no male. I drove 30 minutes and the staff checked for me and found and sent me to the East Haven clinic and the test was done. This is the second time I waste time and gas playing musical clinics. What is the purpose of making appointments online and/or call resulting as if I didn’t have an appointment. Very frustrating.

My only issue is that there was not a doctor on site. I wish I was informed that before I sat down, filled out paperwork, paid my money and then had to get a refund, then get up to go to another doctor that he did a great job.

Check in staff was rude, she seemed to be having computer issues or a bad day in general and was taking it out on the customer. She was very sappy when I asked her a question about the information that needed to be filled out about my medical card. I felt uncomfortable to ask her any other questions.

I appreciated everything that was done. It took awhile for x-ray results but it was not due to Urgent Care but Milford Diagnostics failed to send them.

I kinda thought "urgent care" meant I could get it done in less than 2 hours and that I wouldnt have to do meaningless questionaires about depression before I could get my sinus infection looked at.

Wonderful experience… everyone from the front desk to the doctor were so pleasant and helpful
