Well I waited two hours for my telehealth call But when the dr called I got good answers. With a plan for future

I had a blocked ear and had great difficulty hearing . My appointment was scheduled quickly and I was able to receive help right away! The doctor was kind and reassuring and knew exactly what to do. The nurse removed the wax from my ear and worked with confidence and efficiency. My hearing was restored and I was so relieved. My experience was very good and pleasant. Recommend highly.

Friendly, excellent care as usual. Always a great experience, love the staff, nurses and doctors. Very convenient as well.

They gave me an appointment when the place was closed.

Never received the call back for the follow up consult scheduled for today.. Checked in early for the virtual call and no one responded. Tried to contact Urgent Care and no one was available!

Waite time was horrendous waited two hours and they really weren’t busy

The whole experience was top notch. The staff was so helpful and scheduling was quick and easy.  Kevin was patient and kind with my care and I felt so much better when I left the office and feel good today.

Talking to a doctor over the phone with a mask on is crazy diagnosing symptoms without being present. It’s idiotic. This is just as stupid

I would have preferred in person but telehealth on computer seems just as effective beside the personal interaction

had a bout of vertigo and easiy booked an appointment. After waiting 30-40 minutes in the waiting room, I was finally put in an exam room and had vitals taken.  after that, I was told it might be a while before we could see the doctor. An hour and a half later, I went out and tld the staff that if I couldn't be seen in 5 minutes, I would leave.  I was then informed that the doctor was on medical leave, but I could have a virtual exam when a doctor at another facility became available. I left. What a waste of time!!!
