An hour to get a TB test (after coming in earlier to find out that they’d run out and had to get more)

I fell and hit my head and they were able to help and the staff is very good.

I stopped by Docs Urgent Care. Took about 20 minutes to get in a room. Staff was great. Took about 20 minutes more before I got to see a doctor virtually. He prescribed medication which I got filled at CVS. This was my first experience with a virtual medical visit. Not sure how I feel about it.

Had a follow-up appointment with regards to my previous UTI. Provider was good. My only complaint was that bathroom was dirty. Toilet needed to be cleaned and paper on floor. Doctors offices/bathrooms in past were always spotless.

I had an issue with a form I needed and receptionist was able to help me and was friendly. The staff in bethel was nice and efficient. Will be continuing care at this location.

Still waiting for lab results that were dropped off last Tuesday. Going to call again Monday.

They gave us an appointment time to be there. We got there and when I asked him how long it would be she said one to two hours.So we left

I made the appointment online and then when i got there i was informed that my visit would be virtual. I had a thumb that needed to be looked at so virtual was not my first choice. We tried to connect with a provider in another location and the internet was so bad the visit could not continue. Now i have to go to another location 30 min from my house later today. Very frustrating and a waste of time.
