I had 3 separate people mention my sore throat and I wasn’t one of them. I felt completely unheard and unhelped. The one test they ran was what I already told them I had taken and was negative. Surprise, surprise, it was negative. I was sent to pharmacy for an Rx, pharmacy didn’t have it. I was told to wait. After several more phone calls they said there was no Rx and I should take over the counter medication for my still not sore throat. After pressing for something to manage my actual symptoms, I was promised another call back that never came. Another call, another voice from another office and I was told an Rx had been sent twice to my pharmacy. I was also not given any vitals information or discharge instructions.  This is not a healthcare facility, it is the shell of one. The 2 employees who were physically in the building seem to have limited medical training. I don’t think there’s even a nurse on duty. I would never return.

Staff was amazing. Issue was with the doctors and waiting over 2 hours without a virtual visit as I sat alone in my room sick without medicine. Tests came back negative for everything but I was still waiting. Had to go to work at that point, couldn’t see a doctor. Told I would be refunded my copay, they never did, though. Waste of time. False promise of reimbursement. Would go to a different location than the Danbury one.
