First Med Urgent Care, Norman

I had my physical the other day and everybody there is so absolutely amazing.  They gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at any doctor’s office.  The staff is kind and very professional and I could not recommend them more.  Thank you for making my appointment so pleasant!

I had been ill for a week but could not get an appointment with my primary care doctor.  I was feeling so bad and knew it was a sinus infection and needed an antibiotic.  Once I saw Dr Lynch she took excellent care and gave me an examination ordered a prescription.   I was very satisfied with the care and concern she had for me.  The staff was very helpful with filling out my paperwork.  I never felt rushed.  My experience from check-in to check-out was excellent.  dr Lynch was easy to talk with and explained my chronic condition.  I would recommend Dr Lynch too anyone who needed a doctor who is very straight forward and caring.

This was the second time I’ve had to go in in the past week due to a UTI and I can’t say enough great things about the staff and doctors. Both visits I have been extremely impressed. I’ll continue to go to this office. I haven’t met one staff member or doctor who hasn’t been in a great mood and they make you feel so welcome.  I appreciate that the most!  :)

Super nice people. Handled my problem efficiently.

Walk in promptly served. Plenty of attention. Everybody was competent and informative. Was listened to, concerns and questions answered. Got X-rays shown and explained. Got a shot to quicken recovery and RX called in before I left. Bravo to all!

Awesome help from this friendly, professional staff…Always!  My go to help for all minor health issues for my granddaughter.  So reassuring to have them.  Lots easier than getting into my pediatrician for childhood stuff.

Awesome experience as far as the Dr goes. I have been to many over the years and this one tops them all from front desk to the back. I will be returning and recommending.

Had a sore throat scheduled appointment for 8am this morning. Walked in the door at 7:58 was met by a very rude African American woman said I wasnt allowed in till 8. Then when I came back in 60 seconds later, she had a horrible attitude about paperwork that she said needed to be done however it was already completed. She said I would get a text that I never got. Then she rattled off some phone number not even close to mine. The other 2 ladies who treated me were amazing the woman at the front desk needs to not being working with people with that attitude!

I love this place. The staff is friendly and efficient. They seem to be well stocked and ready to respond to most situations.

Honestly, all around the best urgent care I have been too. I will go back!
