Very friendly staff. Easy when administering the test and no wait time

I was given a rapid and PCR test because I had to get a negative test before I go back to school for basketball. It has been two days and I have yet to get the rapid test results that should take 15 minutes. I call and they are closed I text that number get nothing. This is a disgrace

It was unbelievably unorganized. I waited over 90 minutes outside, in a freezing wind tunnel, not conducive for people who are sick. Thank to be able to get tested.

It was a 45 min wait but I expected that.

The Staff was very friendly and nice. The only drawback is we had to wait outside in the cold. They had no way to know who had appointments and who didn't so even though we had an appointment we had to wait over an hour. An hour outside with 2 small sick children in the cold was not fun. The test was quick and easy and having the results email directly to me was great as well. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the parking lot/grassy area had a lot of trash and, masks and stuff. The inside was fine.

Very impressive well organized easy to make appointments and no long wait lines

For Covid testing it is the fastest way I have experienced thus far, although I did make an appointment prior to arrival unfortunately I still had to wait but it was faster then previous place I went to. Worth it!

I do not typically complain about any service because I realized that nothing is perfect. I am handicapped I scheduled an appointment in order to avoid a long wait. I was over 2 hours getting in to get tested. The main issue I had with the whole experience was yeah oh experience was that there simply was not enough testing staff to handle the crowd. It would have been easier to understand if every patient being tested was 1st come, 1st served.. It seemed pointless to schedule an appointment. Please do not mistake my comment for any particular level of satisfaction. You'period your staff were quite polite and and the gentleman doing the testing was excellent in his skill.
