All wonderful except I'm still very sick. Medicine didn't work.

I have been having periodic ear pain when chewing foods. I was able to make a same day appointment and get checked by a very knowledgeable and friendly PA who assessed inner ear fluid and pressure. Initial steps suggested have worked well for me, and im looking forward to the improvements continuing. I would recommend this provider, and indigo health as well.

I was stuck for two hours. I informed the staff that I have stomach pain and I was there for allergy still they took so much time, getting patients in who were scheduled after me.  Plus there was too much rigidity from nurse.

We had a great experience. The staff was professional and empathetic, gave clear explanations of proposed treatment.

Went for sore throat and cough with a swollen lymph node. Was suggested that I get tested for Covid and flu but I insisted to get tested for strep as well. All three tests came back negative and I was sent home with a cough prescription and some remedies for upper respiratory congestion and pain meds. I do think I need antibiotics, probably for a sinus infection. But I’m not sure. I will schedule a visit with my primary care provider and see what they say.

The office was clean and the staff were good at this location. I was treated with respect my concerns were listened to. I would recommend this location for anyone who needs urgent care in the Seattle area.

I believe you should hire Assistant Physician, I don't know RNP capable to treat all medical issues.

Needed stitches and cleaning of a cut on hand.  Scheduling was easy, wait time was so short I didn’t even sit down, everyone was friendly and caring professionally conpetant.  Overall, my experience was as good as I could expect on every dimension of service and care.   Much better than waiting for ER to decide they have time to treat a minor injury.  This is where I go instead of the ER for anything not actually immediately life-threatening.  I would recommend this place, and this staff for any appropriate urgent care situation.
