No one spoke with me about my test results, i came for , or how do i see my results.

Everybody was great. Understand the wait was longer then usual because of the volume of flu patients coming in. Thanks for everything. You guys were amazing

Definitely would recommend booking an appointment in advance. I scheduled for a 9:30am & was seen around 9:45am. They show you how many others are in front of you on the wait list. The staff was extremely nice and professional. Was able to get in & out within an hour time.

I callled on New Year’s Eve to confirm hours. Staff assured me to arrive before 2:00 and I would be treated. At 1:35 I checked-in, then interviewed by the nurse and minutes later examined by the doctor. Immediately thereafter I was treated professionally, my ear was irrigated and I gratefully walked out at 2:05.

My son had a fever, cough, runny nose. I scheduled an appt at On dmed, Pullman location, online. The receptionist with helpful with helping me complete the right documents and making sure my son’s appt was covered by his insurance. We waited 20 mins before being seen. 30 mins after his vitals and swabs were taken the NP came in and said his results were positive. I realized after getting to the pharmacy the medication the NP prescribed my 9 yr old were tablets. He didn’t even ask if my son was able to swallow pills. He also mentioned my son’s lungs sound clear after giving me the results and discharge papers & left out the room but he never even listened to his lungs. Luckily I have albuterol at home for him & am educated enough to check his lungs myself! When I realized that the medication prescribed were tablets I tried contacting the facility but no one answers the phone. They won’t even answer for the Homewood location who always picks up their phone when they are open.

The wait time and communication was ridiculously. The staff that did help were friendly.

The wait time is terrible especially when ain't nobody in the waiting room

The care was excellent I thought did good with the time and my Dr was very knowledgeable. I would definitely go again  yes I would recommend this provider!

The Dr. Was very thorough. Took time to listen and to provide important information . I felt as though he cared about my well-being.

Wonderful care. Great staff. Just a bit slow for. They should work on being more stocked with supplies so they can move faster
