Scheduling was so easy online as well as the paperwork. Checking in was super easy as well. Friendliest staff ever. Super appreciate this when you’re not feeling well but also hate having to bother anyone. I had to wait a bit but I totally expect this when going to urgent care - you can’t predict anything so I just appreciate the care I get when I get it. The provider was attentive and made sure every single one of my concerns was addressed. Best urgent care experience.

Had a rash and went to the online scheduling site and booking was a breeze. Staff was very nice. PA was very polite and took time to listen to me and retuned her advise. It was a good experience even though in pain.

The staff were efficient and kind, even bringing me a cup of water. The waiting area as well as exam room was clean and well maintained.  The PA who treated me took her time with me and made certain the correct medications were called into pharmacy .

I had twisted my ankle and went to get it looked at. I walked in with no appointment and they checked me in and showered me to a room about 20 minutes after I got there. They got x-rays and checked out my ankle, all the while being very friendly and joking with me some. They even laughed at my cheesy jokes. But they were very nice and helpful. Hopefully I won't ever have to go back, but if I get hurt again I will definitely be going here.

Sierra was awesome. Very knowledgeable and actually listens to me when I was talking about what was wrong. Which usually doesn’t happen in these urgent care places. All the staff was awesome as well

I would definitely recommend, this place was great and I received excellent care. Mercy Urgent Care gave me the treatment that I should have gotten two weeks before at a different urgent care! My only complaint is that the wait time was extremely long.
