Didn't know what was happening but it wasn't good. I knew I was returning to work the next day but not knowing if this was a cold or What, I felt I should get checked. Good thing I did. All staff very friendly and welcoming. Thorough. I was there awhile but that also meant my needs were being considered. Wonderful place of Healing! Great location. Parking. And across from Food Lion. So if your situation will set you back from grocery shopping, you can take care of it right after you leave. If you have to be at an Urgent Care, this is the place to go. Thank you to all the team there. ❤️‍🩹

This was such a vast improvement over the typical urgent care experience. No wait (with an appointment) and warm and friendly staff.

I walked in was seen in 15 minutes and the staff was good and if i ever needed a urgent care again I would go there

I was greeted and checked in as soon as I entered. I didn’t wait long at all and everyone was so nice and understanding. Had X-rays, examined, and treated in a very positive time frame. Will definitely return when need arises. Thank you

Dr. Sierra was awesome and really took her time to do a thorough examination. I felt well cared for and not rushed over. She even wanted to go above and beyond to do additional research for my injury.

I know it was a day that other Urgent Cares were closed , but my wait time of 3+ hours was unacceptable. I had waited an hour or more when 2 patients came out . There didn’t seem to be an MD there. The young lady I saw was a PA. Staff was friendly . Office , to be brand new, was dirty, floors scratched. The water when I went in to give a urine sample was off. Couldn’t wash hands or flush the toilet. I was told it had to be that way because of drug testing . I won’t return .
