Won’t be using this urgent care again. I didn’t feel like the provider did much, she told me what I already knew. If I wouldn’t have asked for anything as far as tests they wouldn’t have done anything! As far as the well check it wasn’t thorough. The room we were in was gross. It was mediocre.

Great service with ease online scheduling making check in a breeze also  nice staff and great care.

We checked in at 8:20 AM. We were brought back to the room pretty quickly but then waited for what felt like forever to finally be seen by the NP. And we could hear everything going on in the exam room next door… y’all should probably invest in noisemakers for HIPAA purposes

Everything seemed good but they didn’t ask me if I had any allergies and they didn’t inform me that taking one of my existing medications and one they prescribed would potentially cause my blood pressure to plummet low enough to do actual damage to my body. They handled the issue well but they didn’t ask if anyone in my family even had similar issues to me. I don’t expect PCP care but I’m pretty sure they’re legally required to ask about allergies in TX.

I have been experiencing bad stomach and intestinal upset and cramping foe the last couple of weeks. The Dr did nothing once I said I was a self pay patient. I even confirmed before going in and when I arrived that testing could be billed but the Dr said otherwise so she gave me some bs remedy and sent me on my way. I would have gone somewhere else had I known that is how the situation would have been handled. I do not recommend this office if you are self pay. This was unacceptable care or rather lack there of.

I always have good medical care here. It’s always very clean and the front desk people to the nurses to the doctors are all very nice people.

Everything was good. I didn't even schedule an appointment I just came in. Wait time was not long at all. Staff was friendly. I got all my tests done and I was out of there. The doctor was very knowledgeable. I got my prescription in and I am feeling so much better.

They always get me in quick, usually not too many people ahead of me. Staff is very professional and nice.

Everyone was wonderful. Its a beautiful clean facility. Highly recommend
