We had a great nurse practitioner. She seemed genuinely concerned and explained answers to any questions that we had. It took us no time to get into a room, but once there it did take a while to get results. But, this is expected and so would not consider that an issue. The nurse practitioner even followed up with us a few days after to see how my daughter was doing. This was by far the best express care visit we have had. Not because others were bad, only because this one was so good.

Although, there seemed to be a room filled with patients, the wait time was short. I was quite surprised when we came out, there was no one in the waiting room. Service was excellent! Physician answered all my questions, and did not rush.

Our reg doc couldn't get us in for a strep test so decided to try peds express care and was so surprised how fast and easy it was! The nurses were so sweet to our little guy and he even mentioned how"nice" it was.

Honestly, my wait time would not have been as long if the main Express care had not sent me over to Elm Street to that facility , but informed me to go upstairs to pediatric in the main building. When I went back by there to inform them, it was like that staff was unaware of Pediatrics being upstairs.
