I was the only person back there with my kids, all other rooms were open in Express care. We waited for 35 minutes (I had my stopwatch going) and I think it was totally ridiculous waiting that long. I would understand if she was on the phone or there were other patients, but we were the only ones there. It was very frustrating. Had I been told she would be a bit, I could understand. Waiting 35 minutes though and being the only ones there without any explanation, was very frustrating.

We had a great nurse practitioner. She seemed genuinely concerned and explained answers to any questions that we had. It took us no time to get into a room, but once there it did take a while to get results. But, this is expected and so would not consider that an issue. The nurse practitioner even followed up with us a few days after to see how my daughter was doing. This was by far the best express care visit we have had. Not because others were bad, only because this one was so good.

Although, there seemed to be a room filled with patients, the wait time was short. I was quite surprised when we came out, there was no one in the waiting room. Service was excellent! Physician answered all my questions, and did not rush.
