This is one of the cleanest facilities I have ever been to, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly. My medications and treatment plan were all explained thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Springfield Urgent Care.

The receptionist was awful. She wanted to refuse service for a 4 year old. Very unprofessional and rude. Our insurance wasn’t working and she didn’t want to accept payment for the consult. When I was finally able to pay for the consult the doctor was nice and I got my son the medication he needed for the infection he had.

Best urgent care experience ever! The doctor took time to listen and explain the options. They have x rays and lab testing available. The friendly office staff took care of insurance paperwork. It was stress free when I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t get an appointment with my pcp. Thank you!

I had a migraine since the previous night and couldn't get an appointment with my doctor so I made an appointment at Springfield. I got the first appointment of the day and was the only patient there. I was checked in quickly and the medical assistant got my information and was very friendly. The PA came in and evaluated me and was also very friendly and efficient. He prescribed the medications I needed and I was on my way and back to work promptly and felt much better shortly after. I will definitely go back to Springfield if I ever need medical care quickly and would recommend them.
