So. Your Google listing makes it appear I was going to the location by CVS. I arrive and am told I need to drive to a different place ten minutes away. EVEN THOUGH ALL THE SIGNAGE AT THE LOCATION STILL SAYS URGENT CARE. And the two women in the office by CVS were really rude about it and didn't apologize or take any accountability for the inaccurate information. They are an embarrassment. When I got to the actual location, the provider was awesome and I got in and out quickly with the prescription I needed and a shot to help me feel better. So - Bedford Road front desk help should be reprimanded, your website and Google people should be fired, and the staff at the place by Chipotle should get a gold star.

Wake up this morning deemed it necessary to g for medical check up , one time I make a call being first timer , it was easy to book my appointment same day , got there on time the hospitality was excellent, well attended very friendly staff.
