The doctor sent me home saying nothing was wrong and I went to another urgent care and they found chest abnormalities which led to me being transferred to the hospital.

Very professional and kind employees who took time to listen, made me feel comfortable and actually took care of me. X-rays were enjoyable, too. Your services are greatly appreciated. Will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

This is a great place to walk into when you are feeling awful! The medical team was understanding, kind, professional and knew what they were doing. I walked out knowing what was wrong with me and my medications were ready at the pharmacy as soon as I arrived. This was the smoothest, least stressful urgent care appointment I have experienced. I’m also from out of state. The woman at the front desk processed my insurance immediately. Most importantly, the medical assistant was very thorough and so nice and the doctor was very knowledgeable and calming. All in all a great experience when you’re feeling horrible! If I lived here, I would even consider having them as my regular ‘go to’ physician!

I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. I had an appointment, still waited close to 2 hours. It didn’t seem like many patients were even being called back during that time period. Once I was in, provider didn’t introduce herself but did a quick examination and assessment that seemed very rushed and not thorough. It all just felt like customer service was not a priority.

The clinician who administered my ECG was diligent and professional. He took his time to ensure that the procedure was properly done and the reading wasvalid. Tip Top.

Didn’t want to go to emergency room. Booked an appointment and go one within 30 minutes. In and out within an hour. Bonnie was amazing and even checked on me the next day to see how I was feeling and help me get a follow up with a specialist.

Was diagnosed with bronchitis. Only issue is the doctor failed to tell me her diagnosis and had to find out via online ppwk once home.
