Woke up with a UTI and was able to get an appointment within a half hour. I waited about ten mins to be called, gave a urine sample, and then waited almost an hour for the doctor to come to the room with the results. She prescribed a med and I left, no further office check out needed. It went quickly and smoothly.

I was a walk in waited about 25mins. Told the admitting person I needed a ekg they wrote it down I spoke to her about it I spoke with the np or doctor about it.she left came back in & said they closed me out i need to do another signing in n be seen.that sucks.not cool 2nd time they did this same crap last time. How could I be signed out at the same time im being seen.pure laziness per all members of this urgent care.maybe they are inexperienced idk..coulda shoulda but didnt.i only go here as a last option.they never want to do anything just like today I waited half hour.i tell all what's going on & bc they closed me out their words I have 2 be re seen..total bs. YOU DO NOT CLOSE OUT THE PT WHILE UR SEEING THEM.LITERALLY IM SPEAKING WITH THE NP OR MD TODAY SO HOW IT BE CLOSED OUT ITS NOT.THEY DROP THE BALL.USE AS A LAST OPTION...RT 1 SAUGUS HAS WAY BETTER NP & DOCTORS WHO ACTUALLY ASSESS YOU & provide efficient CARE . I would not recommend them noway. Im off to another urgent care to get what I didn't have done at this afc... I never receive a discharge paper another odd thing so now I have to go back there again. If they dont want to work.they should go home & let another staff member who wants to work come in to replace them .incomplete care everytime I go there..Last I cant remove the stars so it is making give 3 stars on all things it wont remove them so they get 3 stars not by me this website .

Excellent/Efficient staff, easy check in, I went early so little to no wait. All providers where great and upfront about costs. I would go back if needed, if you're in a pinch check them out.

The staff are friendly, the wait is reasonable, and they provide good service.

Despite a complicated issue, the staff was quick to check me in and have me see a nurse practitioner. She was clear, transparent and allowed for me to know the pathways available. While the procedure was not pleasant, she approached it with as much care as possible and made sure I was comfortable. Always a first stop for my family and I.

Been feeling dizzy, sweats and my blood pressure has been high. Went in to make sure. I was only there about 45 minutes. They did what I needed them to do. Staff and Nps/Dr were easy to talk to and answered my questions. Thank you.

Was real easy setting up an appointment on line for my mother. The front service  staff was friendly, helpful, and professional !!! The nurse who assisted my mother and the doctor were fantastic.

Awful, horrible bedside manner from doctor.  I felt WORSE leaving.  I won’t be back.  If I’m charged more I’ll dispute it.  What a know it all.  Like I don’t know my own body!!  Never even touched me. Spent 7 minutes in the room telling me how he went to medical school and I didn’t - after waiting 25 to see (with an appt) and 20 more for discharge.  I am tempted to reach out to licensing board honestly.  I would absolutely not recommend this provider.
