This is the first time I’ve been to an urgent care facility so had no idea what to expect. The visit was pleasant enough. This location did not have the equipment needed to diagnose my condition so I was referred to a hospital emergency room. I understand urgent care facilities serve a purpose. In my case not much was done there but it was a pleasant experience nonetheless.

The PA on duty was exceptional I would recommend your services with highly qualified staff it’s a no brainer.

Booked an appointment and received a confirmation text for a 9:30am appointment! Filled out all the paperwork at arrival, only to sit there for an hour to find out, THEY DID NOT HAVE ME IN THE SYSTEM!! Then I received a text message telling me that the visit was complete! What an absolute let down!! Terrible management and will NEVER step foot in that place again!

Waited almost 2 hours to be seen even though I had an appointment. It seems like the appointment is simply to let the staff know how many patients are coming in, rather than actually being seen at the said time. All the walk ins that were there before me were all seen first.

The office was empty but they literally made me  wait for almost an hour for a flu shot!

Awesome experience, the staff was very professional.

Woke up with a UTI and was able to be seen within a couple of hours. I had a very short wait time and saw a lovely man who’s a nurse practitioner. Enjoyed chatting with him as he asked questions and got my test results. I definitely recommend this site!

I was able to b seen with not time, and the electronic check in was easy to navigate. The medical assistant was excellent as well as the medical provider. The front lady needs more training about insurance. Everywhere I go for medical treatment staff understands with dual insurance there is no copay. When I said I will pay later she told me “everyone has to pay” I was not argue with her I was in pain. I know I will be getting my $ back but she should be trained please.

Woke up with a severe sore throat, they did a rapid test and gave me meds to treat strep! Staff was very friendly :)

Got sent here for an injury wasn’t sure I’d be ok with the service as I’ve been to other afc’s and haven’t gotten the best care, HOWEVER at Malden’s Afc the Entire staff and my care was phenomenal! quick and easy  check in  with staff at the front desk and super friendly. My MA and NP had the best attitude on life by the way the carried themselves through out my visit. They Smiled was kind helped and  gave me all the info and referrals i needed and made sure I was good to go. I’m very pleased with my service and will return for any urgent care needs this place is the place to go!!!! Tara the NP loved her personality and quickness and shoutout to Alka she gave me such great service even though the waiting room looked like a grocery store before a storm she didn’t treat me like a number she showed there’s still hope in healthcare workers tha actually care for their patients thank you to all the ladies!
