Felt rushed and did not get a proper check up before relaying me to an ER….

Realized when I got home that nurse not the doctor did a physical exam.  All they did was swab my nose for Covid and Flu. Didn’t check my breathing or throat and it’s itchy.   Was disappointed that walk-ins got seen before me and I had a scheduled appointment.

Went in to get checked and the NP who cared for me was SO rude and dismissive. When I would ask a question she was very rude with attitude. I will never go back to this clinic again.

I visited UGK yesterday and had one of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. The nurse assistant couldn’t even bother to say “good morning.” There was absolutely no professionalism, no courtesy, and her attitude was downright rude. She didn’t ask how I was feeling or show the slightest concern for my condition. When you go to a medical facility, you expect compassion, respect, and basic human decency—especially when you are sick. Instead, I was met with disrespect and a complete lack of care. This is unacceptable for any healthcare setting. They seriously need to improve their staff’s attitude and patient care standards.

Staff is always courteous and professional. Definitely recommend.

Child woke with flu symptoms. Scheduled appt quickly and headed to clinic. Greeted and short wait. Best bedside manners from both nurse and doctor. Definitely recommend.

I got there before closing , and I felt like I was pawned off to er , she just wanted a reason to get me to go to er , she asked no questions didn’t test my urine to see anything , I get it’s a liability , but she could oh done more. She could of had me tested my urine for toxicology,could of asked if related issue was due to dehydration,could of asked what was consumed , went to another urgent care after and they took care of me , my issue was dyhydration. And high blood pressure I was given medicine and Iv, she deficiently was trying to leave at closing    She might need to Concider closing earlier then 9, terrible service.

Very convenient . Was able to schedule an appointment & be seen in  short period of time .  I’m so grateful . The hours are amazing .
