The doctor was very knowledgeable about my condition and what works and what doesn’t work. He listened to me and recommended what he thought would work best. Hit or miss. The first time I used Bellaire I got a very attentive female provider. The second time it a a male provider and he was 20 min late and didn't care to look at my daughters rash which was my main concern. Horrible experience with that specific provider.

The doctor took very little time and offered no friendliness or compassion. Very cut and dry and said he’d call something in for my son but took no time to explain. The nurse, however, was very friendly.

Had a cough for a week and the urgent care nurse was right on it. She gave me all I need to kick this viral cold! And she didn’t hesitate to get me the care I needed. We had a hiccup with the app and doing the video call there but she called me instead and we did the visit over the phone.
