In order to schedule an appointment and save a time slot, I had to complete the paperwork on line. I think you should be able to book an appointment and complete the paperwork in the office if one so chooses. I didn't see a way to do this. Otherwise the visit was great.

The entire staff was attentive, efficient and very caring. Check-in was easy, and I was immediately taken to a room for vitals and met with the NP shortly thereafter. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care Center.

I came in as a walk-in. It was nice to see that I could be seen. The wait was about an hour or so. I was happy to be seen.

I am very impressed by everything and everyone I saw at Bon Secours Urgent Care in Midlothian. My treatment went really well. I would recommend them to everyone.

The staff here is so amazing. I don’t have enough great words to say about them! Asia and Karen were both the perfect amounts of personable and professional. Everyone made me feel so cared for while I was there, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while being treated and while waiting.

Due to coughing attacks throughout the day I decided to get checked out at Bon Secours Urgent Care. The check in process was smooth,(the rep was helpful). It didn’t appear that busy from the waiting area view of things. My vitals were checked. I for a lengthy time in the clinical room, then a nurse comes in (moments later) to inform me , that I would need to get a chest x-ray. I was hesitant and declined due to me knowing my symptoms and also with not being seen by the provider prior. I was examined (very briefly) and was given prescriptions (some, per my request). I feel my visit was ordinary and could’ve been better. Especially with how highly expensive healthcare needs are these days.
