They told me to go to a dermatologist before they even looked at my skin. I told them I was dizzy, and they didn't even address the concern. The worst place to go to. I should have gone to the emergency room instead.

I was welcomed by Scout and the rest of the staff including Kim were amazing, quick and respectful.   They answered all my questions and I left with a peace of mind.

The staff was great, I was a walk in because my wife had just gotten a positive strep test and the wait was short, and the doctor was very personable and professional. Overall a great experience.

My experience was great until my wait to see the provider. The assistant told me I had strep and then I waited 45 mins with 102 temp for the provider to see me. The staff were very polite and the provider was also wonderful. Wait time is my only complaint.

Everybody in the facility was friendly and positive. The very professional attitudes were very welcome along with true patient care and consideration. Very lovely people! May I say "I had a great time and got great medical care, too!"?

Check-in and scheduling was easy. There wasn’t much of a wait (I was seen in 30 minutes). The provider I saw was thorough, knowledgeable, talked through all of my issues (I have a lot of things happening at once) and provided with answers and an action plan for moving forward. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

Easy going and very friendly at the check in desk..

Holly was disrespectful and condescending in response to me asking for a status update.  My Dad waited in the room for almost an hour after an ekg no update in severe pain with no updates. I walked out of the room to ask the status and Holly told me go back to the room and she was busy.  She then proceeded to ask for me to be put out when I told her that response is unacceptable. She said she was not going to deal with me.  Just unacceptable. Ariana was able to come to the room and resolve the issue. When Holly did come in she told me the ekg was not great and I asked what does that mean? We left and went to the emergency room.
