Went in for a cough. Doctor Smith was pleasant to talk to. He has great manners.  I left there feeling as if I will be feeling better soon.

This was a wonderful experience there was no registration person so that part took a while, but it was handled well. The staff is excellent 👌 and very friendly while remainig professional. Great experience overall. I'm going to definitely recommend my friends and family utilize this when urgent care is needed.

I was surprised to find out that the Urgent Care was for minor incidents and illnesses. I thought I might be having a heart attack and ended up being transferred to VCU because they weren’t equipped to handle it and I was taken aback that they didn’t even offer Richmond  Community ER as an option.

Checking in was easy and I only waited a few minutes before being called back. Everyone was very friendly and the whole experience was so easy. I love coming here because it’s always an easy, calm, clean, and quick experience. Dr Smith seemed a little rushed in getting out of the room, but once I told him that I had additional questions he gave me more of his attention. I will definitely come back!

I got a blister between my toe on my right foot. I visited Urgent Care and the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and helped me with my needs. The network was down so I had to check-in with staff checked me in with a smile. When I was taken into room staff talked and made me feel like I was important. The doctor talked to me and answered all my questions.

I had symptoms of an infection and got the antibiotics I needed however the doctor seemed to try to explain away my pain that I knew was connected to the illness I was experiencing. If he had cared to listen to me instead of cutting me off, I think my prescription would’ve been submitted the same day instead of having to wait another day in pain. This office is never busy so I don’t understand that. Also the nurse that took my vitals did not have any bedside manner at all. No introduction or explaining what she was doing. She didn’t say anything to me and I don’t find that appropriate in a healthcare setting where someone is touching me. I come here because the wait time is not long but I do think the staff could put forth effort to be more professional and not make patients feel like an inconvenience.

The check in staff as well as the medical professionals we saw were amazing. Extremely friendly, helpful and informative.

There were no problems at all. I wish it were as easy getting a doctor’s appointment.

From the front desk to the staff in the back they were exceptionally friendly and got me out very quickly.
