Overall I had a decent experience here. The people are awesome except that one guy at check-in. I owe a lot to these doctors sending me on referral. I have been to the County Hospital in San Bernardino in the past and i have waited hours to be seen...(so, maybe my standards are different). It took approximately an hour in Urgent Care. Not terrible.

DR, TAKANO TREATED ME FOR THE LARGE CUT IN MY LEG THAT I CUT WITH MY CHAIN SAW. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHE WAS VERY POSITIVE AND ASSURED ME I WAS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT. SHE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND MADE ME FEEL GOOD. WHEN SHE PUT IN THE MULTIPLE STITCHES I DID NOT FEEL A THING. SHE IS A GREAT DOCTOR. I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO HER AND HER POSITIVE ATTITUDE. I went there August 27th for covid testing prior to a procedure . The FNP Mendy was kind and efficient . She explained everything to me in detail . Made me feel like I was her only patient . What an asset Mendy is to ur team . Thank you mendy and all the team for your hard work , during these unprecedented times . Noreen.N.
