Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. I lost my hearing in my right ear after taking a shower. Went to my regular physician on Friday. Temporarily it was better and they told me to call an ear, nose and throat specialist to remove the wax but could not get an appointment until Monday. Friday and Saturday it was miserable. My husband suggested the urgent care. I am so happy that I went. It was a Sunday and I knew there might be a lot of people with other minor ailments. But they got to me as soon as they could and with a wonderful attitude. Laila was wonderful.

Excellent staff. They went above and beyond in helping me.

It was fast and Monique was friendly and gentle with our sleeping baby. If I need further testing I'd go back to the highlands afc urgent clinic
