I've been to this urgent care twice in the past few years. The customer service and bedside manner is exactly the same both times and how it should be for all healthcare settings. About Vybe Urgent Care

Vybe Urgent Care is a Philadelphia-based urgent care group on a mission to make premium-quality, empathetic, patient-centered healthcare easy for everyone to access. Clinics treat individuals of all ages with urgent but non-critical illnesses and injuries and are open seven days a week with extended weekday evening hours. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are available for patient convenience and to help ensure wait times remain as short as possible. As part of their commitment to improving individual and community health, all vybe Urgent Care Clinics are dedicated to providing the best possible patient care experience. To help expand access to convenient, affordable medical care, vybe Urgent Care centers also offer several types of screenings, lab tests, physical exams, and vaccinations. Virtual urgent care visits are available every day from 8:30 a.m to 5 p.m. and can be scheduled online. Clinics also feature an in-house pharmacy that can fill many commonly prescribed medications on-site.
