Staff wasn’t so Friendly. Wait Time Seems a Bit Long for a DOT Drug Screen

It great to be able to get in but the wait time is.….

The wait staff and triaging was smooth. I was given a strep test which came out negative. The provider came and told me that I might have something viral and I was negative for strep throat. I felt like she didn't assess me properly. She looked at my throat and ears, but didn't listen to lung sounds nor didn't perform other assessments. The whole encounter probably took 2 minutes with the provider looking like she was in a rush.. at the end of the day, I might have only had something viral, but atleast encourage providers to do basic assessments when a patient comes to the clinic. Thank you!

Waiting time is too long,coming for sick, very tired of sitting long time.

I can’t believe that despite pre-scheduling and waiting in my car …. It still took an hour to see me

I have used Excel Urgent Care several times and have always been pleased with the treatment there. The staff is friendly and helpful and always willing to answer questions. Wait times are usually short, which is nice when you're sick.

It was a mixed bag, I made an appointment for 9:30 arrived at 9:10 and the receptionist could not find my appointment at first, finally she found it loaded it, but she did not update my personal information which resulted in my prescriptions to be sent to Walgreens with the wrong information. It was late in the evening when I finally got everything straight at Walgreens and with your systems and I received my Prescriptions. Given the time I had to wait, I do not see the advantage of setting an appointment as it was well after 10:15 before I was called back and after 11:00 before the Dr arrived. I hope this will be smoother the next time I visit. Bernard Simmons

Dr Catherine okonji is one of my best physicians with superb  diagnostic skills.  I’m so thankful to have such great medical care 24/7.

The appointment was easy to schedule. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I scheduled an appointment but still had almost 3 hour wait. A lot of sick people, so I can't complain too much. Probably not good idea to offer appointments if wait is still going to be long. Definitely recommend!

Except wait time, all other good.  Nothing more. Thanks
