Every one was nice and helpful. Didn’t wait long at all. Nurse went over her questions did the test I needed shortly after the nurse practitioner came in went over results and the care plan. Was a quick efficient visit. Pleasant staff.

It worked really well. I couldn't sse my Dr until monday and he suggested an urgent care. Checked my insurance and you were the first on the list. Called and they said to come on in, the wait was minimal. The cost was exactly as expected.

This visit was a follow-up, but the experience was the same as the first one. The wait period was short, the staff was professional and courteous, and the testing procedures and results were explained in detail. I was very satisfied with my experience at AppleCare.

All the staff at this location from the front desk to the nurse and provider were very caring and compassionate when I took my daughter to be seen. The service was professional and quick! I also received a phone call a few days later following up on how my baby was doing. Thank you Apple Care Urgent Care!

Everything went off without a hitch. The only problem I ran into was trying to explain to the receptionist that the paperwork I presented her was sufficient for getting a pre-ordered drug test. It took me going home, printing up proof of the above conversation and coming back to help her to understand the situation. I'm glad I didn't live far. Once the matter was cleared up, everything went well.

I checked in online for an appointment. The online scheduling system is very impressive and easy to navigate. Upon arrival, I produced my ID, insurance card, and payment for my insurance co pay. Roughly an hour later I was called back. Every employee I interacted with was very kind and pleasant, especially my PA. She was fantastic. I have used a couple of other urgent care locations in Pooler but I’m the future, this is the location me and my household will use.

Came in with sinus problems and sore throat! My head was hurting and legs aching! The nurse practitioner was quick to diagnose and gave me a Covid test . It was negative , so was given as n antibiotic for sinuses! Quick and efficient!

Was seen on my appointment time. Went for rapid Covid test and it was quick. Staff was very friendly and I saw a lot of sanitizing going on in waiting room and holding room. Doctor and Assistant was good listening to my issues and fixed me right up. Very good experience.
