I was expecting to be waiting all night, so I prepared myself, when I got there, the front desk was so nice, I waited in the lobby no more than 10 minutes when called me to the back, I thought to myself, I will be waiting for the doctor once I get in the back, to my surprise 5 minutes later the doctor came right away, he checked my wound on my foot and he was done less than 30 minutes, after that the filled my prescription and I was out under an hour, so happy I choose Baptist Urgent Care, I would recommend them my family and friends.

Everything was so nice from reception, double masking and cleanliness. Next Nurse Kathy was so sweet and made me feel comfortable about my worries and then Dr.Carbonnel finished it all up and assured me I was going to be ok. She was thorough and took care of my needs and fixed the problem JUST LIKE THAT❗️Great experience her

This was a virtual visit on a Friday night, urgent since I had an infected cat bite.They responded immediately and the Doctor was quite concerned. She was knowledgeable, knew my history, asked pertinent questions and told me what to do if it wasn't healing in 2 days, all while having called in the antibiotic prescription so I could fill it that evening. I am quite relieved that I am a patient at Associates MD, and recommend this Urgent Care center to anyone.
