So so good! So friendly! The staff put me at ease!

Yesterday, I went to TGH Urgent Care Fast Track at Wesley Chapel, and was extremely impressed by the entire staff’s excellent customer service, professionalism, thoroughness with which they reviewed my medications, and medical history, and timeliness with which they saw me. I had never been there, and so this was a new experience for me. The NP who I saw, Ms. Braunlin McDonald, was outstanding. Her communication and listening skills, competence, kindness, medical reports, and more, were first-rate. The facility was well-run, and immaculate. I have been in the medical field for 37 years, and tend to cynically scrutinize the facility and personnel with whom I am trusting my medical care. Let me tell you—-TGH Urgent Care Fast Track at Wesley Chapel did not disappoint! If I needed urgent care, I would go back there in an instant, and would encourage those who need urgent medical assistance to do the same.

My first visit to this Walgreens clinic was awesome. The practitioner that i saw was very compassionate and effective. I left the clinic that day feeling well satisfied and very thankful
