Wait time was longer than expected but understandable because their was only one person working that day. Best to have two workers at each site. The medical staff was professional and courteous. Would use it again.

It was pretty fast for me at 4:30pm on a weekday. Whole thing maybe took 35 min. It is walk up and outside so dress warm. They were very friendly!

Very unorganized and unprepared at testing site

After 86 hrs, I have not received the CPR test results …

Got a PCR test Monday. It is now Friday and have not received results. How is this okay?

It has been over 3 days and still waiting on PCR results. No phone call or email follow up on when to expect results.

I was impressed with the efficiency of the two providers that were at this site. They kept a fair amount of people who were there for testing moving and I was in and out in short order and appreciated that they respected my time and were very efficient in their process. I would suggest more signage for mask wearing while there after all it is a Covid testing site. Was a little hard to hear the provider on the tablet but I was able to give the answers to her questions. I would recommend because it is an efficient operation. I booked my appointment online. Bedside manner was good. Cost expected it was free. The wait time was very short.

Test was quick and easy. Staff was very polite and professional.

The unit was only staffed with one individual, and she was fantastic, however it really didn’t make a difference if you had an appt or was a walk in. The unit should be staffed with at least 2 individuals. I waited an hour after my scheduled time just to check in then longer for the testing to be performed. The medical assistant was very polite and apologetic and did a great job. The convenience is appreciated and the experience would have been more efficient with appropriate staffing.

Each time I have been to the pod there have been issues. No one is there in time and even when you have an appointment they’re not on time. A gentleman in front of me with no appointment went in with signs of COVID and the staff did not clean in between.
