I went to urgent care to get an injury examined after falling down some stairs. The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind, making sure that I was comfortable the entire process. They talked me through what they were looking for on the X-rays, what I should be doing for treatment, and what to look out for as I am healing. This was by far one of the best urgent care visits that I have ever had. With paperwork, I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. I would recommend going here, and will be going back for any of my urgent care needs.

This was the first time using this facility and the wait time was perfect. It was very clean when I walked in. That’s the first thing I noticed, and the administrator at the front desk was friendly and very precise at explaining how it all worked since I’ve not been there before, and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to go there for nonemergency issues

Just went in for some lab work and it was quick and easy.

I fell at work and sprained my left ankle. Getting an appointment the same day was easy, as well as checking in. The medical assistant that took me in to the room and handled my X-rays was very kind and professional. Unfortunately the X-ray table required me to use a step stool to get on it since it didn’t lower anymore which I wasn’t able to do because of my ankle so I had to do a move that was similar to a seal on its belly to get on and off the table. The MA was apologetic about the situation. When the provider came in, he did not look at my ankle at all and just went by the X-rays. He showed me the X-rays and used all the scientific names for the bones in my foot which was appreciated but not exactly helpful. Although he was nice, I expected him to actually take a look at my ankle. If I needed to, I would return to this location but not use the same provider.

The entire staff is so friendly and Kay is very knowledgeable, listens well and provides great insight

I was sent the the Emergency Room without flushing my eye. ThE ER thought urgent care should've done this to avoid a trip to the Emergency Room.

I made an appointment quickly online in the afternoon and they provided speedy service so that I could make my next appointment.  Appreciate the attention to detail and care for my needs.

Woke up at 4am with a terrible stabbing pain in my ear. I tried to book an appointment online but it didn’t confirm the appointment so we walked in - staff let me know that IT has handled the scheduling issue but I would need to come back a few hours later for the next available walk in. They kept me informed and the office staff, medical assistants, and doctors were extremely kind, courteous, and efficient. Despite the temporary scheduling hiccup, they are the best urgent care I’ve been to! Thank you for everything you do!
