I’ve had a persistent cough for 3 days now. Afraid it might be pneumonia. Indigo is great. Their staff, doctors , etc are ALWAYS THERE! And their care and concern is first class. They delivered the best care and answers almost immediately!  I’m so happy we have them to rely on

Came in close to close on a Sunday night as a walk in and all 4 members of the staff I saw that night were great! Super friendly and very quick. Will definitely go back again if needed!

I had severe issues and struggled to even get to the office, but had to push myself because I otherwise wouldn’t be able to function. I get there and they tell me they’re running behind which I said isn’t a problem. After about 20 minutes I’m taken to the back for vitals. I’m taken to the room to explain my symptoms where I’m met with a little iciness but I disregarded it because of the pain I was in. I wasn’t really asked anything more after that, but I waited for an hour to get seen in the room and even then not a single member of staff came to check on me to just say they’re running behind. I was in agony at this point but my phone was on 5% and I couldn’t risk going home without it in case anything happened. I told the front desk lady about my phone situation and told her I still needed to be seen and asked them to call me when they finally came out, but she told me they can’t do that and I’d just have to reschedule which didn’t work for me because I was having medical needs in that moment. I went home defeated and not helped and wasn’t happy with how I had been treated. I normally get adequate care and treatment here but unfortunately didn’t get that yesterday.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful - from the front desk explaining my copay to the MA who made me feel at ease to the doctor who made me feel confident he’d figure out what the issue was… I was very pleased with how promptly I was seen and how fast the appointment was.  I was in and out in about 35 minutes.  The doctor is friendly and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with him. I would recommend him!

Experiencing some body aches, vomit, diarrhea, headache, and was able to make an appointment. Everyone was kind, thoughtful, and eager to help me feel better. 10/10 would recommend this office.

I was able to get a same day appointment.  The visit went well.  I received my test results before I left.

Stubbed my pinky toe yesterday and went in the next day for xrays. Was able to book an appointment asap. The front desk admin was especially kind to my young daughter who accompanied me to the appointment.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Wait time was little to nothing and I had a very pleasant visit and experience.
