I arrived from out of town with a hand wound and Indigo Urgent Care was able to see me within 45 minutes.  THANK YOU!  All of Indigo’s staff were friendly, professional, efficient and competent..

Indigo urgent care, Olympia. This was my first visit, and I was very impressed over a regular ER visit. Staff, technicians, and doctors were extremely welcoming, caring, helpful, and most of all very professional! Whatever the highest rating is, double it!!! I injured myself working outside late on a Sunday afternoon. Went to Urgent Care on Cooper Point in Olympia WA. Entire experience was outstanding. Very competent, friendly, professional staff at every step. Fast check-in. I was escorted to a patient room very quickly. My wound was examined and cleaned by individual followed with in minutes by P.A. Nelson who thoroughly explained the extent of my wound, what he was doing and what I needed for recovery and follow up.  I was totally impressed by my entire treatment and care experience. I would recommend this location without reservation.

I stopped by for a little bite that was a concern.  The front desk staff could not of been more helpful.  Scheduled the appointment for later that day.  The appointment was very timely.  The medical assistant and PA were very helpful and provided the necessary support and information.

I have been fighting a UTI for about a week or two and finally got tired of the pain so I was able to make an appointment within hours. The staff was professional and the building is so immaculately clean. My doctor listened to all of my concerns. He checked me out and reminded me of how important it is to drink lots and lots of water. I left feeling a whole lot better. This is a wonderful wonderful facility and the people are to be commended. This is my second experience with them and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Walked in without an appointment for a dog bite on my hand that I got last night. I was checked in immediately and only waited 5 minutes before being called back to a room. The nurse and attending PA were very kind, clear and efficient. They recommended a tetanus shot and I received that, phoned in my antibiotic prescription and applied new bandaids and I was on my way. Shortest UC visit ever. I recommend this clinic for its location and accessibility.

Like Check-in feature. They were short staffed that day, but did receive excellent care.

I was a walk in an appointment. Yes it was. I checked in with very little troubles. Year it was.

All around great experience staff & Dr were great. Will use Indigo again if needed!
