The staff at this location has always done a good job of drawing blood, especially Susan. I always make a reservation, and I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes past my reservation time. Staff is both professional and friendly, which is not a combination of behaviors that is easy to accomplish.

Her communication and listening skills, competence, kindness, medical reports, and more, were first-rate. The facility was well-run, and immaculate. I have been in the medical field for 37 years, and tend to cynically scrutinize the facility and personnel with whom I am trusting my medical care. Let me tell you—-TGH Urgent Care Fast Track at Wesley Chapel did not disappoint! If I needed urgent care, I would go back there in an instant, and would encourage those who need urgent medical assistance to do the same.
