Sparkling Clean
Very helpful front desk admin! Registered on line so didn’t have to wait. Very clean facility! Attentive nurses and physicians! So much better than circle care in Billerica!
My elderly mom needed care and we went to the hospital ER where we were waiting for over 3 hours and no doctor in sight. We finally left and came to Carewell in Tewksbury and though there was a sign on the door stating: “no walk-ins, appointments only“, I went in and asked the young woman at the desk if they could see my mother. She came and took a look at mom and said the doctor would see her because she definitely needed to be examined for a bad cut, and they couldn’t turn someone away who needed help. She led us to an exam room used for non-Covid patients so we wouldn’t have to sit by possible Covid cases in the waiting room, which was very thoughtful, unlike the ER where we were sitting for an hour in the unadvertised Covid section before a P/A suggested we move to a different area!
The Dr. at Carewell saw mom about 20 minutes later at 8:00 pm (which was their closing time), and after they finished with the patients who had been waiting, he stitched up mom‘s cut. We left at 8:00 pm and thanked them for staying later and helping us. They couldn’t have been nicer and I was so glad we decided to leave the ER and go to Carewell. We will definitely return in the future when we need medical care!

I have been going to Garden city Treatment Center for 15 years or so. They have a fantastic staff and excellent doctors. They make me comfortable and work with me to address my health concerns.
I had a serious skin infection a couple of years ago. Doctor Creighton new exactly what it was and gave me the appropriate shot for two consecutive days. This effectively stopped the infection. I've seen all the doctors at GCTC at one time or another, for injuries, bronchitis, and the flu. They're always on the ball! I really don't care if I have to wait an extra 10 minutes or so now and then. Getting treated by Garden City Treatment Center is worth the wait.

I have been there several times (stitches, X-ray, Covid test) and always a very good experience. I recognized one doctor as the ER doctor at the “real” hospital and then said “this place is ‘real’ too”
