It was a wonderful experience from front office to nurse to doctor. Dr Keller had a great bedside manner and really listened to my issues. I will definitely share my experience with others and make sure all my kids stop using a different clinic and start using Fast Aid Urgent Care. And the icing on the cake is it’s owned by a Veteran. I have the options to go somewhere where the prices will be less but it's worth coming here to get the best medical care. Staff is friendly and the doctor kind and friendly as well.

The wait takes a little while but honestly that’s to be expected when you’re at any hospital or clinic. Everyone is very kind and accommodating. Always a very clean clinic. Only thing I would recommend is to turn the tv down in the lobby. When you’re ill and or having a headache all day the last thing you want to hear is the tv blaring. Thanks bunches ladies

My son wasn’t feeling well, they quickly took our information and his vitals. We were then taken to the exam room with very little wait time, the staff was very helpful and got to us quickly. The pharmacy was closed due to the time so the were able to give my son the medicine he needed to begin his healing. I am very pleased with the service we received.
