I had an emergency. My phone had no power. The receptionist registered me. In 7 minutes I was called to a patient room, was seen by the doctor, and discharged. Every one was professional, respectful, and vibrant. The facility was decorated like a grand hotel. I saved the Next Level number in my phone to take a gift for being exceptional.

Dr Sanjoto amazing she took care of my pain very knowledgeable. I was given the best quality of care. Fantastic Doctor. Marissa front desk phoenimal best customer service and the other staff Jen tech Chris jones out standing best urgent care in the business.

I have never been a huge fan of going to the doctor but this past weekend I HAD to go in and after going in I wish I could make this place my primary doctors office! They are clean, efficient and actually care about you! Alan, MaryAnne and Karen were wonderful and actually took time with me to figure out what would be best for my needs to make me feel better - they made me feel like a person rather than a number (other clinics have made me feel this way). Thank you so much to the staff! I'm on the road to recovery with a better outlook on the medical field.

Unfortunately I’ve had to go back several times for treatment for the same issue over a period of a few weeks. I think it’s pretty unfair that they charge me every time.

I've been to this facility 3 times already since May, 2019. Always, the personnel are friendly and the medical people make you at ease. To me , this is important especially for a patient. We are in a vulnerable state. Today, I get a follow up phone call from my last visit last 2 days ago. That is really nice of them

This location is always so helpful and friendly. Shakita Jackson was amazing! She went above and beyond helping me get my lab orders. I have had her several times and she is always so nice and professional! Would recommend her to everyone!
