By appointment only. We contract with most private insurance carriers, not all. Please contact your insurance carrier to check COVID-19 vaccine coverage, and if Clay County Public Health Center is in network. We carry Moderna branded mRNA COVID-19 vaccines for those 6 months old and over without health insurance; those with health insurance that does not cover COVID-19 vaccines; and children on Medicaid. We carry Pfizer branded mRNA COVID-19 vaccines for those with commercial insurance, those paying out of pocket, and adults with Medicaid. We carry Novavax for ages 12+ with commercial insurance, children and adults with Medicaid, those paying out of pocket, people without insurance, and people who have insurance that does not cover COVID-19 vaccines. Available brands and supply are subject to change. Please check our website for additional information.
