I've been to this location several times when suddenly ill; always an excellent experience. Dr. Heinrich and his staff listen to your concerns and are quick with a treatment. You can even schedule an appointment online or just walk in. I highly recommend this facility!!!

Suspected workplace COVID exposure. The staff were friendly and helpful. Service was fast. I walked in and completed new patient paperwork and was tested and released. The total time was about 20 minutes. Incredible.

I was totally impressed with the care I received at TAUC, Affton. After I had a very thorough checkup and an x-ray taken, the NP determined I had bronchitis. She put me on a nebulizer, and prescribed an antibiotic, a couple cough suppressants, as well as cough medicine. After my visit last Friday, and giving the meds a chance to "kick in", I feel much better today (Monday). I highly recommend TAUC to everyone!

In a recent emergency, my wife needed medical help quickly. I usually trust hospitals above urgent care centers but I was proven wrong when we opted for the closer Total Access in Wentzville. We walked in and she was immediately led to a private room and testing began right away. Tests performed were far more comprehensive than I would've ever guessed. The staff was super friendly and highly professional and calmed us down quickly. Top notch staff and state of the art equipment. We discovered that we made the right choice by coming here for healthcare. This is a great alternative to hospitals, where long waits and checking in before being seen is the norm. This is our first stop for our family’s urgent health care needs. We have been there three times in the last 18 months with our elderly father. Each time we have received a diagnosis that was accurate with the appropriate treatment and follow-up recommended. It is clean and bright and the staff has is very efficient with managing the process. Everyone we have ever seen has been kind and thorough in their assessment and explanations. I highly recommend this location for urgent care needs.

As a mom who works both inside and outside the home it is really tough to get in to see the pediatrician when my kids are sick. It was very easy to go to MedExpress and see the physician assistant when I thought my son had strep throat. They even had the antibiotics there for him which meant no need to go to CVS and that was one less place to have to go with a sick kid. I will go there again.

I am so happy I seeked out urgent care. Experiencing a painful ear. I couldn't see regular doctor. They got me in and seen by Np. perscription for antibiotics. Np was very informative and suggested otc meds to help also. Pain relieved with in 24 hours. God Bless you all at Swansea urgent care.
