12+2-dose vaccine. Boosters available for ages 5+ and it's been at least 5 months since completing primary series. Second booster available for ages 50+ and it's been at least 4 months since your first booster.
Novavax
12+2-dose vaccine. No booster available. Contains spike proteins of the COVID-19 virus which the immune system will learn from and be able to respond quickly and protect against the COVID-19 virus.

Must schedule an appointment by phone 908-757-5215, 908-753-3645 or email [email protected]. Covid vaccines are available for qualifying participants: Uninsured children and adults, Alaskan born, underinsure adults, and Medicaid Plan A (only).
