Came here for a physical and met with Dr Vukasinov. Great provider. Filled things out ahead of time so check in was quick. Would recommend.

The provider and staff are friendly, clean facility.

Everything about this place but mainly the staff is what makes this place great. I was taken aback at how great of service I received. The staff were friendly professional prompt and timely. If you could give them a raise or some type of merit bonus you should because this type of service in this neighborhood is very rare.

The facility is good, I do have an issue with their billing department. No one answers phone or emails

Chai Urgent Care in the Jackson Heights shopping center, is a very well run place. The very professional staff is caring and respectful. I would go back without any hesitation.

This is my favorite place to get care. The staff is very friendly, efficient and helpful. The office is immaculately clean. The doctor’s bedside manner is outstanding. He is patient, thorough and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location.

Staff doctors everyone is so nice

Everything was perfect, the young woman that was working this day was by herself and did an asking job!

This place is the best urgent care to go to when you’re not feeling well. I took my granddaughter there and they took her in right away. Been there many times, you never have to wait hours like other places make you do. Staff is very friendly and the doctors are great!!
