My elderly mother was visiting from out of town and went here after calling her regular out of state doctor, who said she likely had a uti, she went in, was tested, confirmed uti, was told by the doctor that the prescription was being called in to CVS (the only drug store my mom knew to have it sent to because it is right across the street) - so she went there, waited and waited, they called Novant for her, they said "the provider" would take care of it. So my mom went home, called Novant herself, was told it would be taken care of - the closed at 8, no prescription at CVS, no call back from Novant. She called this morning, they were rude. The "provider" wasn't in today. My mom's uti is much worse, she has a fever too now. But they finally said oh we sent it to Walgreens. WTH? I was told this was "just a mistake, mistakes happen to everyone and that's perfectly acceptable" -- don't trust your health with people like this. Not even apologetic or kind about it...just rude, and apparently unprofessional.
