Store number is 918-451-3784. Northeast corner of 101st & Elm in Broken Arrow. Clinics will be held weekly. Please call for appointment. Moderna clinics are every Tuesday, starting at 1pm. Johnson & Johnson clinics are every Wednesday, starting at 1pm. Pfizer clinics on Saturdays, starting at 9am. Booster doses for qualifying immunocompromised patients will be given on clinic days, starting August 31. Booster doses for qualifying Pfizer patients are available during Saturday clinics. Those who are not immunocompromised will be able to receive their booster dose 6 months from the date of their second dose of vaccine.
