They were great (a husband and wife team)! I came with my daughter, and they solved her medical issue perfectly (something that had been worrying us for a while). Very happy with the care, wonderful experience, and can’t recommend them enough. Also very friendly and pleasant. Alex

Best Doctors, Husband and Wife I ever met, they are so kind and caring about their patients. When your thier with them they don't treat you like you are just a patient, they treat you like family. when they sow me and my son we had the best care. Best Doctors I can recommend anyone there. 5 star for them, if I could go higher I would lol and the place is clean and smells refreshing and the place the inside does not look like a Urgent care it looks like a 5 star restaurant.

I just had my first Urgent Care experience ever with Dr. Rasha Saleem at this facility. I am not a fan of the video chat method when employed for doctor visits, but we are all doing what we need to do amid COVID-19. I give high praise to Dr. Saleem. She listened to my concerns, addressed them and gave advice regarding alternate methods of relief. She was patient and kind and wished me well and continued good health once my current issues are resolved. I would not hesitate to return to her or to recommend her to anyone in need of urgent care.

Few things that stuck in my craw: As a PCP, In my 6 Visits, i was seen by 4 different doctors. Had to re-explain my case every time. I was once the FIRST AND ONLY patient to walk in the door upon opening, only to have to wait 35 minutes to see the doctor. What's the point of showing up early? I am on statin medication, for life. Yet, for some reason they only issue one 90 day supply at a time. I have to go in ( and pay a co-pay) for the Doc to renew. Long story short, the Saleems are no longer my nor my family's PCP

This is perhaps the worst medical service I have received in my life. I recommend anyone considering this place not to go. I visited this clinic after work due to a large infected cut. When I arrived, the person on the front desk asked for my insurance information. Evidentially, one of the first things the front desk person mentioned was the co-pay; it seemed strange how she jumped into that without asking what I was coming in for or other more pressing concerns. I had left my credit card at home, so I asked if they can bill me or I would mail it in. She refused and I suggested that if she can talk to the doctor who happens to own the clinic. Doctor refused to see me without paying copay. I talked to the doctor who was sitting in the back office, but she did not ask why I came to her clinic. She said I could pay through the phone, which I prompted did. Afterwards, she no longer seemed interested in what I had to say or what was troubling me to come to her clinic. It seemed like her primary concern was how I was going to pay. About 30 minutes later I was directed to a room where I ended up waiting an entire hour. Afterwards, I was seen by the nurse and only her. I had not seen the doctor nor had she treated me. The doctor was the first person to see me regarding co-pay but wasn’t present to actually help patients at her clinic while she wasn’t busy, but talking with her staff. What was worse was that there was no proper treatment. The nurse only provided me with saline and Vaseline to my wound. What a joke. When I asked for antibiotic ointment, the nurse left to search for some but couldn’t find any. What kind of urgent care clinic doesn’t have ointment? This is a clear sign of malpractice.
